Tariq J. Alwan Is received his Ph.D. degree from Al-Mustansiriyah University, College of Science, Physics Department, Baghdad, Iraq. 2015, his research interests include: semiconductor thin films, polymer, , superconductivity composites , and now work on nano conducting polymer , and solar cell.
