Hasan Mutashar Gbouri is a Lecturer in the Department of Hotel Studies, College of Tourism Sciences, Mustansiriyah University, where he has taught since 2014. He holds a Master's degree in Hotel Management from Mustansiriyah University (2010). His research focuses on organizational behavior in the hospitality and tourism sector, with particular emphasis on leadership, artificial intelligence adoption, organizational resilience, and employee outcomes in the Iraqi hotel industry. His work has appeared in international peer-reviewed journals, including Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed outlets. He has served as Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management since 2019, holds editorial board memberships in several international journals, and is an active peer reviewer for journals including Current Psychology and Quality & Quantity (Springer).RESEARCH PROFILES
