Amel H. Abbas, born in 1965. she received B.Sc and M.Sc degree in Physics from Al-Mustansiriya University, College of Science, Iraq in 1988 and 1996 respectively. she received his Ph.D degree in 2003 from the University of Baghdad in the field of image processing. Research interests include image processing and image classification with Matlab programming. She worked as a lecturer in Mustansiriyah University.
