0يعد الأستاذ الجامعي أحد المحاور المهمة التي تدور حولها العملية التعليمية, وقد أدركت الحكومات المتعاقبة – منذ بداية تأسيسها– أهمية هذا الدور؛ فأولت الأستاذ الجامعي الكثير من العناية والاهتمام؛ إيماناً منها لما يبذله من الوقت والجهد في محاولة صادقة لبناء هذا الوطن الغالي العزيز, وأن هذه الخبرات العظيمة والمتنوعة التي يتمتع بها أساتذة الجامعة ليعدّ نوعاً من أنواع الثقافات المختلفة التي تسهم في تشكيل حضارة الأمة, وبناء ماضيها وحاضرها ومستقبلها ومن هذا المنطلق عاهدنا الله وبلدنا العزيز ان نبذل قصار جهدنا وكامل علمنا ووقتنا من أجل رفع المستوى العلمي لجامعتنا الحبيبة الجامعة المستنصرية.
