ان من اهم خطوات النجاح واول خطواته ان تغرز في نفسك حب النجاح وان تطرد من داخلك الاحباط واليأس لانهما عدو الطالب والتدريسي على حد سواء..كن صاحب هدف وحلم تسعى دوما الى تحقيقه بجد واجتهاد..
ومن اساسيات النجاح:
ان تبتعد عن الغرور فهو افة العلم
التعاون والانفتاح على الاخرين فزكاة العلم نشره وبتبادل الاراء والمعلومات يحصل التطور والتقدم العلمي
ان مهنة التدريس هي رسالة ولها غايات سامية
