For this year 2023-2024, I'm teaching Literary Translation. It's one of the oldest text-type translations and probably the last that will survive the invasion of machines into our field.
The subjects I cover in this module will range from the most classical topics in literary translation such as the translation of holy texts to areas that boomed more recently such as children literature. I so much look forward to make an impact on the the fourth-year students who are taking this module.
