بسم الله الذي علم الأنسان مالم يعلم ...
إن أساس تطور الشعوب و نهضة المجتمعات يعتمد على بلورة نتاجات البحث العلمي على شكل أبحاث تطبيقية خدمةً لمتطلبات مجتمعية في مختلف المجالات، ومنها: الإقتصادية ، الأمنية ، الطبية ، الأجتماعية ، .. إلخ والتي تنطلق من هذه الصروح العلمية العريقة ومنها الجامعة المستنصرية في تخريج النخب والكفاءات العلمية من الطلبة على أيدي أساتذة أكفاء لرفد مؤسسات الدولة وسوق العمل بهم.
