اخواني تدريسيو العراق الاعزاء,الحمد لله الذي علم الإنسان ما لم يعلم , والصلاة والسلام على معلم البشرية . ومربي الإنسانية.. وعلى آله وصحبه الأطهار.أهلا بكم وسهلا و مرحبا بكم مرة أخرى في دوحة العلم و روضة المعرفة وميدان التنافس ومصنع الرجال وساحة البناء. كم يسرني اليوم أن أرى وجوهكم المشرقة ونظراتكم المتفتحة فألمح فيها حبا للعلم وتطلعا للمعرفة وهمة وعزيمة ونشاطا وأملا باسما في مستقبل مشرق بإذن الله .
